      In nomine sanctae et indiuiduae trinitatis. Diuina fauente clemenlia Lotha- rius tercius Romanorum imperator augustus. — — Nouerit itaque tarn futurorum, quara presentium industria, qualiter sanctae conuersationis frater Vicelinus ex le- gatioue Athelberonis uenerabilis archiepiscopi Hammenburgensis per totam Slauiam, quae in ipsius sita est parrochia, curam et uicem suscepit predicandi uerbum dei. Qui cupiens in uice legationis suae permanentes sicut novellae plantationis agricola fructum afferre, ecclesiam in eadem Slauia, quae Novum Monasterium uocatur, in- choauit et fratres in ea secundum sancti Augustini regulam satis deuotus circa religionem instituit, sperans commendatione diuini officii et regulär! conuersatione rüdes illius gentis mentes ad agnitionem ueritatis molliri et inflecti.
