      Eccle^ia Hamenburgensis recognoscit, titulum et archiepiscopalem digni-

      talem apud ecclesiam Bremensem remanere. — — — — — Archiepiscopus Bremensis sinodum et capitula celebret et officia ecclesiastica in Bremens! et Hamenburgensi ecclesüs exerceat, sicut antecessores sui.

      Nach Lappenberg's vollständigem Abdruck im Hamb. ÜB. I, S. 409, aus der Original -Urkunde. Dieser Spruch, ward von beiden Capiteln angenommen 1223 (Lappenberg Nr. 469), zu Bremen publicirt am 24. Decbr. 1223 (Nr. 470), vom Papste Honorius III. am I.April 1224 bestätigt (Nr. 478). — Vgl. wegen der Synode zu Hamburg oben Nr. 70.
