      Item quedam matrona BenediUa de Mermos una cum filio suo Si- gibotone tradiderunt predium suum , quod habuerunt apud Pol- lingin per manus nobilis viri Engilchalci. Huius rei testes sunt : Starchandus frater eius Chounradus de Perge, PUgrim de Mermos, Ru- degerus de Grunenpach , Gotefchalcus 3 Imringer, Willihaltn de Pol- tngen, &?c.
