    In nomine domini Dei et salvatoris nostri Jesu Christi. Hludowicus, diuina ordinalilo procidentia imperator augustus. Cum nos in Dei nomine anno incarnationis Domini octingentesimo, septimo decimo, indictione de cima, annoque imperii nostri quarto, mense Julio, Aquisgrani palatio nostro more solito sacrum conuentum et generalitatem populi nostri propter eccle- siasticas vel totius imperii nostri utilitates pertractandas congregassemus ...
