    In nornine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis ego hartuuicus dei gratia ratisponensis ecclesie episcopus. Omnibus christi fidelibus tam futuris quam presentibus innotescere cupio, qualiter pro remedio anime mee successorumque meorum ad cenobium Sancti Michaelis, quod dicitur Maninse, in usum fratrum ibidem deo serujentium rogatu religiosissimi Ruodbertj eiusdem locj abbatis et canonicorum ecclesie nostre presente reuerentissimo pataujensis ecclesie episcopo oudalrico tradiderim ecclesias Wisilburch et Steininechirchin cum omnibus ad eas pertinentibus. Insuper noualia ab ecclesia, que dicitur cella, usque ad uillam vrstorf. Decjmas quoque forestj cultj et incultj sed et omnia, que eadem ecclesia in presentiarum possidet uel postmodum possessura est, eidem loco perpetualiter habere sub anathemate confirmamus. Ut autem hec traditio de cetero firma permaneat, presentem paginam conscribj et sigillj nostrj inpressione insignirj iussimus. Anno dominice incarnationis M.C.VIj. Indictione XV. in ecclesia sanctj Petrj apostolj ratjspone. Huius rei testes sunt Palatinus comes Engilbertus, Gerloch de orte, Sigihart de durchilnburch. De ministerialibus ecclesie sanctj Petri Ruodbertvs uicedominus, Arnolt de punnenchouen, chazilo de huonshouen, Adalbret flenno.
