Pilgrimus dei gracia abbas in Gluoniche Notum facimus cunctis Christi fidelibus, quod nos communi et beniuolo consensu omnium fratrum nostrorum lapideum cellarium nostrum cum ipsa area et cum altero domate horrei nobis inutilia in Cimiterio ecclesie s. Marie Anesi vendidimus ecclesie sancti Nycolai Patauie in manu domini vlrici eiusdem ecclesie tunc prepositi pro XV. solidis tali condicione, ut eidem ecclesie in ius perpetue proprietatis, sicut et nos possedimus, permaneat firmiorque amicicia inter nos et eos deinceps persistat. Quod ut omni euo ratum et inconuulsum permaneat, fecimus hanc paginam inde conscribi et sigillo nostro communiri et nomina burgensium, qui interfuerant, adnotari. Testes dominus Otakarus Decanus, Guntherus filius eius, Hermanus tobhach, Herman wöluel, Leubman, Heinricus Rusticus, Dietricus suechsherf, Heinricus de Lantzenperg, Eberhardus carpentarius, Chueno ecclesiasticus. Et hij de familia s. Nicolai Heinricus miles, Walther, Eberhart zwinse, Heinricus slehte, Lvdwicus monachus et alij. Actum est dominice Incarnacionis Anno M. CC. XXij. XV. kalendas Julij in cymiterio ad sanctam Mariam.
