    In nomine patris et filii et spiritus sancti Eberhardus dei gratia Salzburgensis archiepiscopus apostolice sedis legatus jn perpetuum. Presenti scripto notum facimus uniuersis, quod Hermannus comes de Ortenburc liti, quam aliquanto tempore Richerspergensi ecclesie mouerat super predio in Wernhersdorf et alijs quibusdam possessionibus ei attinentibus, que dicebat ab Heinrico quondam Richerspergensi preposito se emisse, pro se et pro heredibus suis cessit et idem predium in nostris manibus resignauit in presentia domini Liupoldi Austrie et Styrie Ducis jllustris condicionibus quoque, quas instrumenta sibi uicissim collata exprimunt et ecclesia et Comes predictus se inuicem astrinxerunt. Nos igitur conditiones easdem et omnia, prout in illa conpositione sunt acta secundum, quod ipsorum priuilegia hec declarant, rata habentes ad ipsorum instantiam presentibus litteris confirmamus atque ad omne dubium in posterum remouendum presentem paginam sigilli nostri munimine roboramus. Datum Anasi III. nonas Decembris, anno domini m.cc.xx.viiij.
