    Cunctis ecclesie filiis innotescimus, quod domnus Chunradus de Reinpach, dum uulneribus mortis angariaretur et iam pro dolore spiritum pene exalaret, in testamento, quod fecit, de sculptura et anime sue salute agens, pro dampnis, que wormbacensi fecerat ecclesie, ipsi uolens satisfacere testatus est pro remedio anime sue curiam uillicalem in Altswent dictam. Actum publice in castro palatini Grispach sub hiis testibus: domno Hugone de Sigenheim, domno Wernhero de Rustorf, Chunrado de Popinberge, Alberto de Mitterheim, Gotschalco cellerario, Gozwino officiario eiusdem Chunradi de Reinpach. Acta sunt anno domini M. CC. XXXVIII.
