    Cum res gesta mandatur litteris, uniuersa calumpnie materia preuenitur. Nos igitur Henricus dominus de Rosenberch notum facimus vniuersis tam presentibus quam futuris, quod nos fideli famulo nostro Vlrico dicto Gusner atendentes ipsius obsequium et fidelitatem, villam nostram in Waldawe cum omnibus ad eandem iuste pertinentibus, videlicet agris, campis, pratis atque siluis jure hereditario contulimus possidendam. In cuius collationis testimonium et robur validissimum presentem litteram fecimus nostri sigilli munimine roborari, testibus subnotatis: Primo domino Wenceslo purchrauio in Rosenberch, Wolfrado de Gusen, Zenco de Zypin, Dworata filio ipsius, Vlrico de Weichsel, Pribislo Lednicer, Ortlino Seubelperger, Freisinger, Ditmaro de Nemce, Vlrico de Sestauue, Walmano, Petro, Ottone, Trojano, Zastaworo et aliis quam pluribus fide dignis. Actum et datum in Rosenberch anno domini M. CC. XXXXIII. V. kalendas marcii.
