Nos Heinricus comes de Hardekke judex provincialis per Austriam praesenti scripto nolum facimus tam praesentibus quam futuris, quod, cum Wolvelinus de Freilingen et sui haeredes venerabilem Dominam Dimudim Abbatissam de Nunenberch de quadam curia in Freilingen coram nobis impeterent, diem peremptorium partibus in Welsam ad placitum nostrum generale, quod ibidem proxima feria secunda post Dominicam Laetare celebravimus, praefixeramus, ubi pars ipsius Wolvelini comparere neglexit, praedicta vero Domina Abbatissa Dimudis praenotatam curiam in Freilingen debito judicio et idoneo testimonio coram nobis obtinuit et evicit. In cujus rei testimonium praesentem litteram scribi et sigilio nostro fecimus communiri. Datae in Welsa anno Domini M. CC. LXVIII. proxima feria IV. post Dominicam Laetare. Hujus rei testes sunt hii: Dominus H. de Schowenburch, Dominus Al. dapifer de Velsperch, Dominus 0. et Dominus H. fratres de Travna, Dominus Ulr. de Capella, Ulr. junior de Capella, Dominus Heinricus de Pouchhaim, Wernerus de Slirbach, Dominus Gundakkerus de Storkchenberch, Dominus Wichardus de Pollenheim et patruus suus, Dominus Sibotto de Laonsdorf, Wel. de Tegrnbach, Dominus Chunradus de Hartheim, Dominus R.
