O. Dei gracia Boemorum Rex, Dux Austrie, Styrie et Karinthie Marchioque Morauie, Dominus Carniole, Marchie Egre et portus Naonys Omnibus in perpetuum. Aput nostram regiam Maiestatem vlricus de Chappell filius Pilgrimi dilectus fidelis noster suis exigentibus obsequiorum meritis hoc effecit, quod ipsi condigne remuneracionis beneficium non inmerito de regalis munificencie gracia inpendere debeamus, propter quod tenore presencium protestamur et ad noticiam pervenire volumus singulorum, quod duas Curias in Tabra, quarum vna supra montem et alia est inferius situata, cum suis attinenciis vniuersis eidem vlrico, vxori sue et heredibus, quos habet sev habere poterit ex eadem, masculis sive feminis contulimus et conferimus titulo fevdali perpetuo possidendas. Et vt hec collacio nostra perpetuo maneat inconuulsa, presentes litteras nostrorum fecimus sigillorum munimine roborarj in testimonium evidens et cautelam.
