Abstract
 Heinrich Niger vom Neumarkt (zu Passau) und seine Frau Christina übertragen als Seelgerät ein Haus mit der Vereinbarung, daß das Haus dem Stift zur Verfügung stehe, wenn der von ihnen überlebende Partner ins Kloster geht.
