    Notum sit tam presentibus, quam futuris, quod Nicholaus Nota- rius domini Gerardi dicti Overstolz scabini, quondam vicecomitis Co- loniensis acquisivit sibi hereditarie erga magistrum Lutginum scho- lasticum ecclesie sanctorum Apostolorum in Colonia et Aleydem sororem suam domum et aream vocatam domus vidue site ex opposito ecclesie sancti Martmi minoris in Colonia, ante et retro, subtus et superius, prout ibi iacet et sicut in sua habebant proprietate, pro octo marcis hereditarii census Coloniensium denariorum bonorum et legalium solvendis singulis annis duobus terminis, videlicet quatuor marcis in festo beati Remigii et quatuor marcis in festo pasche vel infra quatuor septimanas postea sine captione quolibet predictorum terminorum, ita quod si predictum censum prefatus Nicholaus solvere neglexerit aliqno predictorum terminorum, supradicta domus et area ad prenominatos magistrum Lutginum et Aleydem sororem suam li- bere et absolute devolvetur.
