    Notum sit tam futuris quam presentibus, quod Hermannus dictus 1271 Hircelin comparens in figura iudicii et conquerens de Wilhelmo de Hnntzgass super quibusdam dampnis sibi ab eodem illatis et quia idem Wilhelmus non secutus est precepta a iustitia sibi facta, ut deberet, nec aliquis ex parte sua, predictus Hermannus Hircelin per sententiam scabinorum missus fuit in possessionem domus et aree, que quondam fuit mansio Ottonis et Irmengardis, site in opposito do- mns, que quondam fuit mansio Gerhardi probatoris, tali conditioue, ut si nullus infra annum et diem se opponat predicte immissioni domus et aree prescripte, predictus Hermannus in carta officialium scribi deberet, et per Gerhardum Overstoltz vicecomitem et .... scabinos1) mandatum est a scabinis Coloniensibus officialibus parrochie sancti Albani, quod predictus Hermannus in carta ipsorum scriberetur et sic scriptus fuit idem Hermannus et uxor sua Engilradis in carta officia- lium, ita quod iure et sine contradictione dictam domum obtinebit.

    Actum anno domini mcclxxI, mense septimo.
