    Nos Wilhelmus comes Juliacensis omnibus presens scriptum visu- ris cupimus esse notum, quod nos Wilhelmum primogenitum nostrum

    1276 talem habebimus et ad hoc inducemus, quod ipse sigillum suum ap- ponet conventionibus conscriptis et nostro sigillatis, ordinatis et ordi- nandis inter filiam nostram dilectam Margarctam comitissam de Katzinell. et cives Colonienses, cum idem primogenitus noster Colo- niam venerit; quod si non fecerimus, si super eo moniti fuerimus, duos milites pro nobis Coloniam ponemus ad iacendum, si persona- liter satisfacere noluerimus, quousque dictum sigillum dictis conven- tionibus, sicut predictum est, fuerit appensum.

    Datum cum appenditione sigilli nostri anno domini mcclxxvi, feria quinta post festum paschale proxima.
