Notum sit etc, quod dotnus vocata swanenberg sita prope do- mum vocatam Esch versus capellam sancti Stephani optinebit omnia lumina sua, ita quod nullo edificio obstrui debent, similiter item op- tinebit medietatem stabuli contiguam eidem domui et retro eandem domum cum fluxu aque, sient nunc vadit sive cadit et hoc contra- dictione qualibet non obstante.
