    Universis presentes litteras visuris et audituris nos Walramus de 1299 Juliaco dominus de Bergheim notum facimus, quod super omnibus actionibus et querelis, quas habuimus contra civitatem et cives Co- lonienses tam ex parte domini patris nostri bone memorie quam ex parte nostra super quibuscumque debitis atque causis habitis usque in hodiernum diem, renunciavimus et renunciamus pro nobis et suc- cessoribus nostris ore, manu et calamo pnre, simpliciter et de plano per presentes promittentes bona fide, quod omnia instrumenta sive litteras, que et quas ab ipsis habemus vel habere poterimus in futu- mm exclusis centum marcarum redditibus, quas habemus ratione con- civilitatis ab eisdem, resignabimus ipsis et reddemus, et si qua fue- rint in posterum inventa et non restituta quod absit, volumus, quod ea nullins roboris optineant firmitatem, fraude et dolo cessantibus penitus in premissis. Super hiis in testimonium atque fidem sigillum nostrum duximus presentibus appendendum.

    Actum et datum anno domini millesimo ducentesimo nonagesimo nono, feria quarta post festum assumptionis beate Marie virginis.
