    Notum etc. quod Theodericus de Cervo comparavit domum quan- dam sitam iuxta fratres minores, quam inbabitabant becgine, quam legavit et donavit pro salute anime sue et suorum, ita videlicet quod perpetuo in eadem domo novem becgine, sicut nunc in locis suis per ipsum Theodoricum sunt deputate, permaneant, et si aliqua earum decesserit, in locum ipsius per ipsum Theodoricum, quamdiu vixerit, vel uxorem suam Beatricem quamdiu superstes exstiterit, et ea defuncta per suos heredes de consilio gardiani domus fratrum minorum de Colo nia, qui pro tempore fuerit, alia devota subrogetur, omnibus becgina- bus in subsidium et communem necessitatem trium marcarum redditus seu proventus sitarum ex opposito domus, in qua venditur lineus pannus,
