    Universis presentes litteras visuris et audituris nos Walramus de Juliaco dominus de Bergheym miles notum facimus, quod iuramento prestito a nobis tactis sacrosanetis ad pacem generalem, quam domini terrarum et cives Colonienses inierunt et ordinaverunt, nos confede- ramus cum eisdem in omni forma, prout in littera super hoc confecta et quam publice legi audivimus, continetur, et si contra aliquem vio- latorem dicte pacis procedi contigerit, ad hoc auxilium prestabimus cum quindeeim tam militibus quam famulis armigeris et dextrariis coopertis, dum casus se optulerit et super eo fuerimus requisiti. Super hoc in testimonium atque fidem sigillum nostrum apponi feeimus huic scripto.
