    Notum sit, quod Johaunes et Hildegundis uxor eius textores operis 1'294 quod dicitur declaghen acquisiverunt sibi erga gardianum fratrum minorum Johannem dictum de Abbatis curia et Jobannem dictum de Merzenich provisores hospitalis siti super lata platea mansionem unam, ante et retro, subtus et superius, cum area adiacente a Iatere versus sanctum Gereonem, que est mansio finalis retro domum quondam Dit- mari pistoris, que erat quondam Hermanni dicti Episcopi presbiteri de sancto Gereone pro quindecim solidis hereditarii census denario- rum pro tempore nsualium singulis annis solvendis dicto hospitali pro media parte in festo beati Remigii et mediam partem in festo pasche quatuor septimanis post quemlibet terminorum sine captione, tali conditione, si aliquem terminorum neglexerint, quod dicta mansio, ante et retro, subtus et superius, cum area a latere ad dictum ho- spitale libere revolvatur ita, quod provisores divertere possint, quo- cunque voluerint.

    Actum anno domini MCC nonagesimo quarto mense iulio circa finem.
