    Notum sit universis, quod idem Goyswinus (filius quondam Jo- hannis de Dortreche) de area (que dicitur vinea Meilag) tradidit et remisit Godefrido incisori chorei et Gertrudi eius uxori unum spatium habens in latitudine secus stratam viginti quinque pedes et in longi- tudine octoginta pedes incipiens a muro sito contra portam donius de Westhoven versus sanctum Lupum edificandum, possidendum et divertendum hereditarie pro sex solidis Coloniensium denariorum pro tempore usualium hereditarii census persolvendis singulis annis duobus terminis, scilicet medietatem in festo omnium sanctorum et aliam medietatem in festo beate Walburgis aut infra quatuor septimanas post quemlibet ipsorum terminorum sine captione, et si aliquo eorum- dem terminorum solvere neglexerint censum suum predictum conpe-
