    Universis presentes litteras visuris et andituris nos Henricus pri- mogenitus nobilis viri domini Ottonis comitis de Nassowe notum fa- cimus, quod iuravimus tactis sacrosanctis civibus Coloniensibus renun- ciationem, que urvede vocatur, ita quod nos, parentes nostri et amici non faciemus neque facient vindictam in futurum adversus dominos ducem Brabentie, de Monte, de Juliaco, de Marka comites, cives Colonienses predictos et eorum adiutores quoscumque ratione conflic- tus, qui accidit apud Wûrinc, ubi capti fuimus ex parte civium pre- dictorum, et si quid mali intellexerimus procurari contra eos, quod consilium et auxilium ad hoc prestabimus nullo modo, sed debemus ipsos fiducialiter premunire sine dolo. In cuius rei testimonium si- gillum viri domini Johannis domini de Küic rogavimus presentibus apponi pro nobis, quia sigillum non habemus.

    Datum anno domini millesimo ducentesimo octogesimo octavo, feria secunda post octavas epiphanie domini.

    Nach dem Original im Stadt-Archiv. Das Siegel (Reitersiegel) sehr verletzt; das Uücksiegel mit dem Kuik'schen Wappen hat die Umschrift: secretum Johannis de Cuic.
