    Notum sit tam presentibus quam futuris, quod magister Lutchinus scholasticus ecclesie sanctorum apostolorum in Colonia, magister Hart- levus frater suus et Aleydis soror eorum, liberi quondam Dithmari dicti de Linnefe et Rigmudis uxoris sue, conparentes in figura iudicii optinuerunt per sententiam scabinorum, quod ipsi et parentes eorum predicti tenuissent et possedissent sextam partem domus et aree, que domus vidue dicitur et est opposita domui, que dicitur ad pedem bovis, item medietatem domus lignee site versus plateam avari, vi delicet illam medietatem domus, que contigua est domui vidue pre- dicte, triginta annis et amplius ab omni iusta impetitione et dictavit sententia scabinorum, quod ipsi ad dictam hereditatem debeant con- scribi, ita quod eam iure et sine contradictione optinebunt.
