Notum sit, quod Johannes de Upladen et uxor sua Hadewigis emerunt sibi erga Richmudim relictam Thome medietatem cubiculi siti supra pontem inter corricidas ex opposito ardui vici, qui tendit versus forum pullorum, ita quod iurc ct sine omni contradictione optinebunt, salvo civitati Coloniensi omni iure suo in eodem.
