    Universis presentes litteras visuris et audituris nos Richolfus Oy- verstolts et Gobelinus de Cusyno, cives Colonienses, notum facimus et tenore presentium publice protestamur, quod nos virtute potestatis et auctoritatis nobis super recipiendis civibus Coloniensibus a pru- dentibus et discretis viris dominis iudicibus, scabinis, cousulibus ce- terisque civibus civitatis Coloniensis concessarum, recepimus et pre- sentibus recipimus discretum virum magistrum Jobannem de Arwylre in civem Coloniensem, sic quod ipse omnibus libertatibus, privilegiis, gratiis et bonis consuetudinibus, quibus alii cives civitatis Coloniensis hactenns gavisi sunt, de cetero eque bene utifruetur et gaudebit quolibet sine dolo. In cuius rei testimonium sigilla nostra propria duximus presentibus appendenda.

    Datum anno domini millesimo trecentesimo ipso die beati Blasii episcopi.
