    Notum sit, quod Henricus dictus Scherfgin et Cristina uxor eius concesserunt et locaverunt hereditarie Antonio et Wendelmodi uxori sue domum et aream sitam in beggergassen, in qua dreislerc mo- ratur, enm cubiculo, in quo factor cutellorum morabatur, adiacente, in altitudine et latitudine ante et retro sicut est mensura, que in scrinio iacet, sub coquina domus de Walsacke, pro tribus marcis Coloniensium denariorum, de quibus solventur annuatim octodecim solidi in festo

    1285—1286 nativitatis beati Johannis baptiste vel infra quatuor septimanas postea sine captione, et in festo nativitatis domini octodecim solidi et quatuor capones vel infra quatuor septimanas postea sine captione, tali condi- tione, si iidem Antonius et Wendelmodis in solutione huiusmodi census negligentes fuerint in aliquo terminorum predictorum, quod huiusmodi hereditas- ad ipsos Henricum ct Cristinam sit libere devoluta, et po- terunt ipsi Antonius et Wendelmodis adire cloaquam iacentem sub cubiculo predicto sine expensis suis.
