    Notum sit universis, quod Goyswinus (filius Johannis dicti de Dort- 1205 reche) de area (que dicitur vinea Meylag super cumulum) tradidit et remisit Vogeloni venditori lini et Beatrici eius uxori unum spatium habens in latitudine secus stratam viginti quinque pedes et in lon- gitudine octoginta pedes edificandum, tenendum et possidendum herc- ditarie pro sex solidis Coloniensium denariorum usualium pro tem- pore hereditarii census persolvendis singulis annis duobus terminis, scilicet medietatem in festo omnium sanctorum et aliam medietatem eius- dem census in festo beate Walburgis aut infra quatuor septimanas post quemlibet ipsorum terminorum sine captione, et si aliquo eorundem terminorum solvere neglexerint censum suum predictum, extunc dicta area sive spatium cum omni suo superedeficato et melioratione ad eumdem Goyswinum libere revertetur, ita quod divertere poterit.

    Actum St conscriptum in vigilia ascensionis domini, anno mcc nonagesimo quinto.
