Notum sit, quod Ludekinus et uxor sua Kunza emerunt sibi quartam partem domus et aree site in marcmansgazzin, que dicitur domus Suevi, erga Philippum dictum Cleinegedanc, sicut in sua ha- bebant proprietate, ita quod dictus Ludekinus et uxor sua predicta, ubicumque ipsos in partitione attingit, dictam hereditatem iure et sine contradictione obtinebunt.
