    Notum sit tam presentibus quam futuris, quod Daniel Overstolz et Gertrudis uxor eius donaverunt et remiserunt Johanni Overstolz fratri eiusdem Danielis et Gertrudi uxori sue quartam partem domus et aree vocate Schuren ante et retro, subtus et superius, prout ibi- dem iacet et sicut ipsam in sua habebat proprietate, ita quod dicti Johannes Overstolz et Gertrudis uxor eius prescriptam hereditatem iure et sine omni coutradictione optinebunt.
