    Notum quod Vortlevus et uxor sua Gertrudis tradiderunt et obli- gaverunt spontanea ac libera voluntate pro animabus suis domum cum area ante et retro, subtus et superius, prout ibi iacet, sitam in termino litis ex opposito domus Theoderici dicti de Campo in per- petuum vin pauperibus beginis devotis et deum timentibus locandam et possidendam, tali forma, quod predicti Vortlevus et sua uxor Gertrudis cum suis proximis pauperibus beginis, si quas babuerint, predictam domum locabunt, si vero talibus proximis defecerint, cum alienis de votis religiosis et deum timentibus quibuscumque locabunt, post mor tem vero ipsorum Vortlevi et uxoris sue Gertrudis plebanus sanete Columbe in anima sua cum consilio officiatorum quicumque fuerit predictam domum, sicut sibi ex divino fuerit inspiratum, in honorem (lei et matris sue sanete Marie beginis devotis religiosis ac deum timentibus locabit. Hoc etiam est adiectum, si predicti Vortlevus et uxor sua Gertrudis supradictam donationem in vita ipsorum voluerint revocare, habebunt facultatem cum manibus coniunctis.
