    Notum sit, quod Wilhelmus de Wippelvfirde emit sibi erga Mar- garetham et Petrissam sorores et erga cognatam earum Margaretham beckinas unam domum, ante et retro, subtus et superius, quarum duc site sunt sub uno tecto in platea Randolphi retro Troyam, illam scilicet versus campum, ita quod omni iure, quo antedicte habuerunt, possidebunt et divertere poterunt, quocunquc voluerint, salvo censu hereditario.

    Item notum sit, quod Wilhelmus de Wippelvfirde emit sibi erga Henricum sacerdotem septem solidos et sex denarios hereditarii cen- sus de predicta domo solvendos, ita quod iure obtinebit et divertere poterit, quocunque volucrit .

    Item notum sit, quod Wilhelmus de Wippelvurde tradidit et re- misit post mortem suam domum predictam in Randolgazzen in hono- rem dei ad inhabitandum begkinabus in perpetuum, ita quod gar- dianus fratrum (minorum), qui pro tempore fuerit, potestatem habebit imponendi dictas begkinas, et quas et quot sibi videbitur expedire.

    Actum 1289, in festo sancti Martiui.
