    Notum sit, quod Bela dicta de Pixide (van der Bussin) acquisivit sibi erga Metildim de Marpurg, Bertradim et Helswundim dictas de Wivelinkoven begkinas consentiente Elizabet filia Gerardi de Aspe unam domum sitam in Rembaggazzen prope domum, que est conven- tus dictarum begkinarum versus sanctam Columbam una domo inter- posita cum area, ante et retro, pro una marca hereditarii census de- nnriorum pagamenti pro tempore solutionis currentis singulis annis solvendis, videlicet sex solidis in festo nativitatis domini et sex in festo beati Joannis baptiste, quatuor septimanis post quemlibet ter- minum sine captione, quod divertere poterit quocunque voluerit, ita ut si aliquem terminorum neglexerit, predicta domus ad dictas begkinas
