    Notum sit tam futuris quam presentibus, quod Herimannus Gozlini et uxor eius Beatrix ita inter se conuenerunt et disposuerunt, uter eorum alterum superuixerit, XvIII solidos hereditarios, quos habebant in domo fabrice contiguata ct sita in angulo uersus Gurcenig, libe- ram quocumque uoluerit diuertendi habebit potestatem.

    Notum, quod Henricus de Vileke et uxor eius Methildis compa- rauerunt sibi domum cum area, que sita est ex latere curie, que dicitur Gurcenigerhof, erga Gozwinum de Brusalia et uxorem eius Richmudim, sicut ipsi eam in sua possidebant proprietate, ita quod iure et sine contradictione obtinebunt.

    Notum, quod Herimannus filius Herimanni de capite apri et Alei- dis de morte patris sui obtinuit proprietatem dimidietatis quatuor mansionum sub tribus tectis, que contigue sunt domui thome ex op- posito cimiterii sancti Martini uersus Marporcen
