In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis. Uniuersis christi fidelibus, ad quos littere iste peruenerint, G(odismannus) dei gratia abbas et Con- uentus beati Nycolai in Bruwilre salutem in domino. Nouerit uniuersitas uestra, quod nos pro bonis in wistubbe constitutis, que Ecclesia sanctorum martyrum ibidem possidebat et recipiebat, bona ecclesie nostre apnd aspith, uidelicet tres mansos, quorum quilibet continet sexaginta iur nales, communi uoluntate et assensu permutauimus considerata tam nostra quam predicte Ecclesie utilitate, accedente etiam auctoritate et assensu boue memorie E. Archiepiscopi coloniensis istum contra- ctum permutationis nos et predicta ecclesia sollempniter celebraui- mus. Promisimus insuper et per presentes litteras nos obligamus, quod si dominus Henricus de Louenich aut dominus Waltmannus de Dorne, milites, aut siquis alius ecclesiam sanctorum martyrum super pre- dictis bonis in causam traxerit apud iudicenI, ipsam defendemus, ita quod si dicta bona in toto uel in parte fuerint euicta per sententiam, tenemur eam semper et per omnia conseruare indempnem ac omne dampnum et interesse suum resarcire. Preterea predicta bona non erunt onerata iure aduocati, ita uidelicet quod de bonis illis aduo
