Et sciendum, quod dicta abba- tissa seu magistra ad hortum, que pro tempore ibidem fuerit, nec per se, nec cum conuentu suo ullam habebit potestatem alie- nandi dictas duas mansiones siue ad aliquem alium usum trans- ferendi.
