Notum sit tam futuris quam presentibus, quod abbas ecclesie
sancti Trudonis cum suo dincvade comparuit in figura iudicii et per sentenciam
scabinorum obtinuit dimidietatem turris site in littore reni, que uocatur turris
safiri, ante et retro, subtus et superius et circum- quaque cum domibus et areis ipsi
turri attinentibus, quam hereditarie concesserant Henrico et vxori suo aleidi et eorum
heredibus pro an- nuo censu, ita quod ipse abbas cum conuentu suo predicto dimidie-
tatem dicte hereditatis iure et sine contradictione obtinebunt.
