    1224 Bex balliuis portus Iernemuth salutem. Mandamus vobis, quod omnes naves venientes in portu Iernemuth cum mercandisis de Scotia ct de Norwegia et Islandia et Frislandia et de Colonia, de terra Regis Dacie et de partibus illis orientalibus sine impedimento abire permittatis, et similiter naues piscatorias, de quacunque terra sint. Naues vero alias illuc venientes de terra Regis Francie et de Picta- uia arestari faciatis, donec aliud inde preceperimus.
