    1232 rardum hereditarie in particione attingebant, per sententiam scabino- rum ita obtinuit, quod iure et sine omni contradictione quocunque uoluerit liberam habebit diuertendi facultatem. Et sciendum, quod ipsa Gertrvdis post mortem suam dimidietatem omnium partium supradictarum ludewico filie suo et nxori sue Sophie et reliquam di- midietatem Danieli filio suo et uxori sue Elisabeth contradidit et remisit, ita quod uterque ipsorum suam partem iure et sine contra- dictione obtinebit.
