1235 G. thesaurarius et G. canonici maioris ecclesie in oseubruge iu- dices a domino papa delegati. Plebano beate marie in colonia salu- tem in christo. Wernherum laicum, qui conradum sacristam sanctarum uirginum in colonia officio et beneficio contra iusticiam spoliarat, a canonicis sanctarum uirginum arnoldo et godefrido autoritate aposto- lica, qua fungimur, excommunicatum fecimus denunciari. Cum ergo idem w. uester sit parrochianus, eadem autoritate in uirtute obe- dientie precipiendo mandamus, ut dictum w. in ecclesia uestra pu- blice singulis festiuis diebus post harum exibitionem (sic) excommu- nicatum denuncietis facientes ipsum ab omnibus artius euitari, donec iuri pareat et conrado sacriste sanctarum uirginum satis faciat con- querenti. alioquin sciatis uos excommunicatum.
Die vom Papste delegirten Bichter verkunden dem Pastor von St. Maria Ablass, dass sie seinen Pfarrgenossen, den Laien Werner, welcher den Sacristan von St. Ursula seiner Stelle und seines Beneficiums be- raubt, excommunicirt hatten, und verlangen, dass er dies in seiner Kirche verkiinden solle. — Osnabriick, 1235.
