    Notum sit tam futuris quam presentibus, quod petrus de Win- 1257 decge emit erga Richolfum Winscrodere et Odiliam uxorem suam domum ipsorum sitam retro curias erga vineam Birkelini, ita quod obtinebit, saluo iure suo dominis de sancto Cuniberto, quod in ipsa domo habent.
