Otto IV. verzichtet auf alle güter und rechte welche er oder seine vorfahren der kirche von Hildesheim ungerechter weise entzogen haben, und restituirt ihr dieselben. Z.: Sifr. bisch. v. Hildesheim, Conr. decan, Conr. cantor, Conr. scholaster, Heinr. v. Tossem, Bert. canonicus v. St. Moritz, meister Marsilius canon. vom heil. Creutz, Florin canon. v. St. Blasien zu Braunschweig, Bern. subcustos, Ambros. pfarrer v. Vrankenberg, Ludolf notar des bischofs, mag. Galfridus. Or. Guelf. 3,845. Harenberg Hist. Gand. 1348. Verbesserungen und Zusätze:
gelobt durch letzten willen u. s. w. Mit Ego Otto etc. Ohne iahresbezeichnung. Das siegel ist auf der rückseite befestigt.
