Friedrich II. bestätigt ein durch nichtappellation rechtskräftig gewordenes urtheil des Thomas de Montenigro als iustitiars des fürstenthums und des landes Benevent in sachen der gemeinde casalis sancti Petri de Polla (südöstlich von Salerno) gegen die nach normannenrecht lebende Theodora herrin von Polla (Theodora domina Polle que iure Normanno vivit), beholzigungs ‒ wasserschöpfungs- und weiderecht, abgaben und frohnden betreffend.
