Abstract

Friedrich II. entscheidet nach rath der imperialis curia dass die leute von Arquata (östlich von Gavi an der Scrivia) der stadt Tortona unterworfen sein sollen, lässt ihnen aber mit zustimmung der stadt bann und strafe nach, welche sie durch ihren ungehorsam verwirkten.
