Heinrich (VII.) bestätigt zusammen mit seiner Mutter Constanze dem Abt und Kloster Fiore die Schenkung des Gimundus, Sohn des Rao Battallia, Bürgers von Cosenza, und verzichtet auf die auf seinem Gut lastende Leistung eines Dienstmannes gegenüber dem königlichen Hof.
