Friedrich II. genehmigt und bestätigt seinem Getreuen Soldanus de Giraldo, Bürger von Catania, und der Gattin Adelicia die Schenkung des Lehens Casale Buchalcie durch dessen Onkel Heinrich de Luchecto. Per manus Stabilis de Castello notarii et fidelis nostri. (Nach Mitteilung von H. M. Schaller ist im Namen des Notars Castello zweifellos Verschreibung von Caserta. Ein Notar Stabilis de Castello ist sonst nicht nachweisbar. Zum Notar Stabilis de Caserta s. Schaller 3, 283 Nr. 78).
