Nr. LVIII. — 1162. — Friedrich I. hatte dem Herzog von Zahringen die Vogtei
iiber das Bisthum Genf mit der Befugniss, den Bischof mit den Regalien zu beleihen, iiber-
tragen. Auf Beschwerde des Bischofs iiber diese Massregel wird dem Reichshofe die Frage
vorgelegt: utrum concessio illa de regalibus Gebennensis ecclesie, quam duci B. fecera-
mus, stare posset vel deberet? und darauf das Urtheil ge- funden: quod post primam
investituram factam in ep. Geb. in aliam personam transfundi non liceret et concessio duci
