Nr. CCCXX. — 1342. — Klagerin nimmt ein Gut als zu ihrem vaterlichen Erbe
gehorend in Anspruch; Ver- klagter wendet ein, es sei sein eigenes Gut, er hatte es er-
bracht in rechte niitzliche Gewere und innegehabt wohl zwanzig Jahre ohne alle Ansprache.
