Nr. LXIII. — 1294. — Wenn im Rhein oder einem andern Flusse in der Grafschaft
eines Grafen, welcher auf dem Flusse selbst Zoll- und Geleitsgebiihren erhebt und die
Grafschaft, sowie dieses Erhebungsrecht vom Reiche empfan- gen hat, eine neue Insel
entsteht, so gehort dieselbe zum Reich und dem mit der Grafschaft Beliehenen und nicht dem
