Nr. CCLXXII. — 13\0. — Der Erzbischof von Mainz macht bekannt: es sei Seitens
der Edlen, Burger und Lehns- leute des Konigreichs Bohmen dem Hofgericht die Frage
vorgelegt worden: — cum iidem nobiles — Henrico, filio quon dam Meinliardi ducis
Carinthie, excommunicationis sen ten tie publice innodato, tanquam regi Boemie fidelitatis
et homagii quod excommunicatio non eximat eos a respondendo impetentibus, sed sine
advocatis, perimat autem in eis ius et poteslatem ferendi sententias et testimonia et
alios impetendi; — ferner die statuta in favorem principum 1231, 1232 Legg. 282, 292,
Rudolfi regis const. 1281 c. 38 Legg. 429: die wil ein man in offen bann ist und-in der
aehte, so en mach er deheine lehen weder geleihen noch enpfahen; geschiht ez dumber, ez
