Nr. CCCIV. — Hierher gehoren auch die oben mit- getheilten Rechtsprliche, dass
Kirchen und Geistliche auf Klagen wegen Gutes, das sie in rechte Gewere gebracht haben,
nur vor geistlichem Gericht zu Recht stehen sollten, sie willigten denn in einen andern
